Our foundational offering includes an initial assessment of your home space. We will begin to determine what areas need the most attention as well as clarify your deepest values and priorities.

Through somatic based processes and inquiry you will explore the mirrored terrain of your inner and outer dwelling and touch on the golden threads that weave them into cohesion and coherence. 

You will leave with a simple practice to initiate your deepening relationship with home.

Sessions are tailored to your specific needs, and while we have touchstones that guide the way, we allow plenty of space for our unique collaboration with you and your space. In the same way one might work with a psychotherapist, many clients find deep benefit from a series of these sessions.
